This rider is intended to ensure a smooth, safe, and professional performance for both KJM and the event production team. Requirements are intentionally minimal and reasonable. Please contact management in advance regarding any substitutions or limitations.

1. Performance / DJ Equipment

Preferred setup:

• 2–4 × Pioneer CDJ-3000 or equivalent professional media players
• 1 × Pioneer DJM-A9, DJM-V10, or comparable professional mixer
• Equipment must be fully functional and connected prior to soundcheck/performance
• Reliable booth monitors with independent volume control
• Stable, appropriately sized DJ booth/table
• Adequate power supplied to all equipment
• No drinks placed directly on DJ equipment

If the venue uses a different standard setup, please communicate the available equipment in advance.

2. Audio

• Professional venue PA appropriate for the size of the room/event
• Clear and properly functioning booth monitoring
• System should be tested prior to doors
• No hard limiting or unusually restrictive processing that materially interferes with the performance

3. Artist Access

Please provide:

• Artist/performer credential
• Access to the performance area
• Reasonable access to a secure backstage, green room, or designated artist area when available
• One parking space or reasonable nearby artist parking when applicable

4. Hospitality

Please have available near the performance area or backstage:

• Bottled still water
• Electrolyte beverages such as Gatorade, Powerade, Liquid I.V., or equivalent
• Soft drinks or other non-alcoholic beverages when available
• Light snacks if artist will be onsite for an extended period

KJM does not drink alcohol. Please do not provide alcohol as part of the artist hospitality rider.

5. Guest List

Unless otherwise agreed upon: up to 2 complimentary guest-list spots. Guest names may be provided prior to the event.

6. Transportation & Travel

For local performances, no special transportation requirements are necessary unless agreed upon in advance. For performances requiring travel outside the artist's home market, transportation, lodging, and related arrangements will be agreed upon as part of the booking agreement.

7. Lodging

When overnight lodging is included with the booking:

• Hilton-family properties are preferred whenever reasonably available
• Private room
• Clean, reputable property
• Non-smoking room
• Wi-Fi
• Private bathroom
• Reasonable proximity to the venue

Preferred Hilton-family brands may include Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Embassy Suites, DoubleTree, Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton by Hilton, Homewood Suites, Canopy, Curio Collection, or comparable Hilton properties. If a Hilton property is unavailable or impractical, a comparable reputable hotel is acceptable with advance coordination. No luxury accommodation is required.

8. Safety & Security

The promoter/venue is responsible for maintaining a reasonably safe performance environment. Unauthorized individuals should not be permitted inside the DJ booth or immediate performance workspace. Security should be available when appropriate based on venue size, attendance, or event circumstances.

9. Media & Content

Photography and video of the performance are welcomed unless otherwise communicated. Please coordinate in advance regarding: professional livestreams, full-set recordings, commercial use of KJM's name/likeness/logo/performance footage, and sponsor or brand integrations involving KJM. Short-form social media content from the event is permitted and encouraged.

10. Branding

When KJM branding is used in promotional materials, please use approved artist name, logo, artist photography, and artwork. Promotional materials should not materially alter KJM logos or official artwork without approval.

11. Schedule

Please provide when available: venue address, artist arrival time, soundcheck/equipment-check time, doors, set time, set duration, event curfew/end time, day-of-show contact name and phone number. Any significant schedule changes should be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.

12. Contact

Questions, substitutions, or exceptions to this rider should be communicated with KJM management prior to the event.

KJM
